Perfect N. Wekhe
PERFECT NYENWEZI WEKHE is a UK-trained finance analyst of over 10 years' experience in financial market. He has spent some years in public office which gives him an edge in successfully navigating political risks. His role as risk analyst and as a law scholar provides needed intelligence in approach to documentations which has eliminated risks for investors in similar transactions in his past consultancy roles in real estate developments. Perfect co-founded Nyenwezi Finance International (NFI) in 2014. He is Due Diligence Certified (DDC) from International Due Diligence Organisation (USA) and has obtained Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Imo State University.
Dr. V.C Obinna
DR. VICTOR CHIKA OBINNA has published and co-authored several research works on urban and regional planning for both public and private sectors. He has been directly responsible for the supervision of under-graduate and post-graduate work of over 100 projects in Rivers State University since 1989. A graduate of University of Ibadan. He obtained his second degree in Civic Design from University of Liverpool and a PhD in Urban & Regional Planning from University of Michigan. Dr. Obinna is a member of Nigerian Institute of Town Planners (NITP), Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI), UK and Nigerian Environmental Society.
Joshua A. Olaniyi
JOSHUA ADENIRAN OLANIYI has worked as auditor and accountant for over a decade and has taught accounting to students of various professional certifications at Potec Training Institute. He joined NFI in 2014. Joshua is an associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Taxation (CITN) and Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS). He studied his master degree in finance at Olabisi Onabanjo University.
Peter Akanimo
PETER AKANIMO is UK trained business administrator (MBA), an astute salesman, entrepreneur, author and real estate developer of over 10 years' experience. He has been involved in several acquisitions and development processes from where he co-founded Edigor Estates, owner of Omuodukwu Layout (Oduku Enclave). Peter is a chartered insurer with 7 years' experience before majoring in real estate development. He is a corporate member of Port Harcourt Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture (PHCCIMA). Peter is a certified due diligence professional (DDC) from International Due Diligence Organisation (IDDO) USA.
Dr. Wonu Nduka
Dr. Wonu Nduka has published and co-authored several research works on Mathematics and Applied sciences for both public and private sectors. He is a seasoned academician, a versatile researcher and associate professor in Ignatius Ajuru University of Education. Dr. Nduka Wonu is a graduate of Rivers state University with first degree in Mathematics. He obtained his second degree in applied geophysics from the same University and Ph.D. in Mathematics from University of Port Harcourt. He is a member of the Mathematical Association of Nigeria (MAN) and Science Teachers Association of Nigeria (STAN).
ARC. Kenneth O. Onu
KENNETH OGEM ONU is an experienced project manager and dynamic team leader. He has designed and supervised numerous top class projects particularly in industrial, academic and other sectors. For over a decade, Kenneth, alongside dedicated team of building professionals at NYJA BUILDING COMPANY LIMITED has initiated and executed numerous projects satisfactorily with endless endorsements. He is the Team Lead of the PH Green City Architectural Team. Kenneth obtained his master's degree in Architecture from Rivers State University.
ARC. Amachree Babewari
AMACHREE BABEWARI is specialized in digital designs and animations majoring in passive solar energy, simulations & low energy cooling. He is passionate about creative architecture and tactical construction. Amachree is actively involved in projects designs, animations and supervision with over 7 years’ experience. He is part of the PH Green City Architectural Team. He obtained his master of science degree in technical architecture from Sheffield Hallam University, England.
DR. David B. Kiin-Kabari
DR. DAVID BARINE KIIN-KABARI is the TEAM LEAD, Research and Development, leading a team of industry experts to develop feasibility reports for the agro-processing industries of PH Green City. He obtained his Master of Science and Doctorate Degrees in Food Science and Technology from Rivers State University of Science and Technology. Dr. Kiin-Kabari has been involved in setting up of Food Quality Control Laboratories in food processing organisations and has authored and co-authored over 65 journal publications.
